Why This Page Is Different

Every other city on this site gets algorithmically generated community insights. Tel Aviv does not. We made a deliberate decision to break from our usual format because treating this city as business-as-usual would be complicity. There is no version of "pros and cons" that is appropriate when the state is actively carrying out a genocide against the Palestinian people. We will not dress up a genocidal regime with a rating out of 10.

Multiple countries — including Brazil, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Mexico, Colombia, and Turkey — have joined South Africa's genocide case against Israel at the ICJ.
